Ingredients:
2 cup boiled noodles (100 gms uncooked)
1 ยฝ cup cabbage (shredded)

1 cup French beans (sliced diagonally)
4 spring onion bulbs (sliced)
ยพ cup moong sprouts
150 gms silken tofu
4 green chillies
4 garlic cloves
4 tsp vinegar
1 tsp soy sauce
3 tbsp readymade hot and sweet sauce
2 tbsp Gulab Sunflower Oil
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Boil water in a pan and add the moong sprouts, carrots and French beans. Cook for 8 minutes. Drain and and set aside.
2. Heat the oil in a pan; sautรฉ garlic and green chillies for 1 minute.
3. Add the spring onions and cabbage with ยฝ tsp salt; sautรฉ for 2โ€“3 minutes.
