Boil 4 cups of water in a vessel. Add the noodles and cook for 3-4 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water and toss with 1 tsp of oil to prevent them from sticking to one another. Set aside. 2. Mix all the ingredients for the seasoning except the groundnut and set aside. 3. Heat the oil in a pan. Add garlic and onions to it and sautรฉ for a minute. 4. Combine peppers, baby corn and carrot and allow it to cook for about a minute or till slightly tender. 5. Now add the tofu and noodles. 6. Ingredients:
